This page deletes a Masarifi account and everything stored for it on our servers. It does not require the app, a password or a signed-in session: enter the account's email address, receive a six-digit code, review what is about to be deleted, and confirm.

What is deleted: the account itself, every cloud backup, any wallet or report that was shared by link (the links stop working immediately), the smart-entry credit balance and its ledger, and the subscription status held on our side. Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no recovery window and no archived copy.

What is not deleted: a Google Play or App Store subscription, which must be cancelled in the store itself — deleting the account does not stop billing; and the financial data held in the app's local database on the device, which is removed by uninstalling the app or clearing its data. Masarifi is offline-first and that database is the user's own copy.

If the email address on the account is no longer reachable, write to info@masarifi.app from any address and we will verify ownership manually.
