• Your financial data lives on your device in a local database, and never leaves it unless you turn on backup yourself.
• We never connect a bank account or ask for card details. You enter every number yourself.
• We do not sell your data or share your transactions with anyone. You can delete your account and every backup from inside the app.

The Masarifi app and masarifi.app are operated by [publisher name]. This policy covers the app, the website and its calculators, and the web dashboard.

Transactions, wallets, categories, budgets, items and attachments are stored in a database on your device. The app works entirely offline with them, and in that case nothing is sent to any server.

Deleting the app deletes this data from your device. Export it or enable backup first if you want to keep it.

You can use the whole app without an account. Signing in is only needed for cloud backup, wallet sharing, and the web dashboard.

When you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your email address, display name, profile picture if any, and a provider-specific identifier. We never receive your password.

When enabled, a copy of your local database is uploaded to our server and tied to your account. It includes your transactions, wallets, categories, budgets and anything attached to them — notes, contact names, locations — because it is simply a copy of what is on your device.

On security, precisely: the upload uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the backup is stored tied to your account where no other user can reach it. It is not end-to-end encrypted — it is stored in a form the server operator can technically read. We say so plainly because claiming otherwise would be worse than saying nothing. If that concerns you, do not enable backup: the app works fully without it.

Every permission is optional, requested when you use the feature it belongs to, and declining it does not stop you using the app:

• Location — to attach a place to a transaction, if you choose. Stored with the transaction on your device; sent only as part of a backup. We never track your location in the background.
• Contacts — to attach a person's name to a transaction. Only the name you pick is read; your address book is not uploaded.
• Camera and photos — to attach a receipt image, which stays on your device.
• Microphone — for voice entry, used only while you are recording. See below.
• Notifications and alarms — reminders, recurring transactions, and budget alerts.
• Fingerprint — to lock the app. Matching is done by your operating system; we never receive or store your fingerprint.

This is the only feature that sends anything off your device without a backup, so here is exactly what happens:

1. Your operating system converts your speech to text using its built-in recognition service (on Android, Google's). That processing may happen over the network and is governed by your platform provider's privacy policy.
2. The resulting text — not the audio recording — is sent to our server along with your category names and today's date, to be read into an amount, a category and a date.
3. Our server passes that text to an AI provider (OpenAI) purely to interpret it.
4. We do not store the text. We keep only a daily counter of attempts, to prevent abuse — never their content.

If you never press the microphone button, none of this happens. Audio is never recorded in the background or at any other time.

Sharing a wallet lets the other person see that wallet's transactions and balances. It is your decision, and it is limited to the wallet you chose. Your other wallets stay private.

When you ask to open your data on a computer, we email a link to your registered address. The link itself is the key — do not share it. It expires after a limited time.

The free tier shows ads through Google AdMob. Like any ad network, AdMob receives device identifiers (including your advertising ID) to select and measure ads, and is governed by Google's privacy policy.

None of your transactions, amounts, or any financial data reaches AdMob or any advertiser. You can reset your advertising ID or turn off personalised ads in your device settings, and subscribing removes ads entirely.

• Firebase Analytics — aggregate usage events such as "a transaction was created", with no transaction content or amount. Used to learn which features are actually used.
• Firebase Crashlytics — when the app crashes, a technical report is sent: the error type, where it happened in the code, your device model and OS version. It contains none of your financial data.

Subscriptions are handled entirely by Google Play. We never receive, see, or store your card number. We only know whether your subscription is active.

The app relies on: Google Play (payments), Google and Facebook (sign-in), Google AdMob (ads), Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics (measurement and crashes), your device's speech recognition service, and OpenAI (interpreting voice-entry text). Each has its own privacy policy.

The app is not directed at anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

• Data on your device stays until you delete it or remove the app.
• Your backup stays on our server until you delete it or delete your account.
• In the app: Settings → "Delete account and data" permanently erases your account and its backups from our servers.
• You may also email us to request a copy of your data or its deletion, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy when a feature handles data differently. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page, and we will notify you in the app of material changes.

تطبيق مصاريفي وموقع masarifi.app يديرهما [اسم الجهة أو الشخص]. تنطبق هذه السياسة على التطبيق وعلى الموقع وحاسباته وعلى لوحة الويب.

العمليات والمحافظ والتصنيفات والميزانيات والأصناف والمرفقات تُحفظ في قاعدة بيانات على جهازك أنت. التطبيق يعمل بها كاملاً دون اتصال، ولا تُرسل إلى أي خادم في هذه الحالة.

حذف التطبيق يحذف هذه البيانات من جهازك. إن أردت الاحتفاظ بها فصدّرها أو فعّل النسخ الاحتياطي قبل الحذف.

يمكنك استخدام التطبيق كاملاً دون حساب. تسجيل الدخول يلزم فقط للنسخ الاحتياطي السحابي، ومشاركة المحفظة، ولوحة الويب.

عند تسجيل الدخول عبر Google أو Facebook نستقبل من المزوّد: بريدك الإلكتروني، واسمك المعروض، وصورة الحساب إن وُجدت، ومعرّفاً خاصاً بالمزوّد. لا نستقبل كلمة مرورك ولا يمكننا الاطلاع عليها.

عند تفعيله، تُرفع نسخة من قاعدة بياناتك المحلية إلى خادمنا وتُربط بحسابك. تشمل النسخة عملياتك ومحافظك وتصنيفاتك وميزانياتك وما أرفقته بها من ملاحظات وأسماء جهات اتصال ومواقع، لأنها ببساطة نسخة مما في جهازك.

عن الأمان، بدقة: النقل يتم عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، والنسخة محفوظة مرتبطة بحسابك ولا يصل إليها مستخدم آخر. لكنها ليست مشفّرة تشفيراً تاماً بين الطرفين — أي أنها مخزّنة بصيغة يمكن لمن يدير الخادم قراءتها تقنياً. نقولها صراحةً لأن الادّعاء بغير ذلك أسوأ من الصمت عنه. إن كان هذا يقلقك، فلا تفعّل النسخ الاحتياطي: التطبيق يعمل كاملاً بدونه.

كل إذن هنا اختياري ويُطلب عند استخدام الميزة التي يخصّها، ورفضه لا يمنعك من استخدام التطبيق:

• الموقع — لإرفاق مكان بعملية إن اخترت ذلك. يُحفظ مع العملية على جهازك، ولا يُرسل إلا ضمن النسخة الاحتياطية. لا نتتبع موقعك في الخلفية إطلاقاً.
• جهات الاتصال — لإرفاق اسم شخص بعملية. يُقرأ الاسم الذي تختاره أنت فقط، ولا تُرفع دفتر جهاتك.
• الكاميرا والصور — لإرفاق صورة إيصال. تبقى الصورة على جهازك.
• الميكروفون — للتسجيل بالصوت، ولا يُستخدم إلا أثناء التسجيل. انظر القسم التالي.
• الإشعارات والمنبّهات — لتذكيرك بالتسجيل وبالعمليات المتكررة وتنبيهات الميزانية.
• البصمة — لقفل التطبيق. تتم المطابقة على جهازك عبر نظام التشغيل، ولا نستقبل بصمتك ولا نخزّنها.

هذه هي الميزة الوحيدة في التطبيق التي تُخرج شيئاً من جهازك دون نسخ احتياطي، ولذلك نفصّلها:

1. يحوّل نظام التشغيل في جهازك صوتك إلى نص عبر خدمة التعرّف على الكلام المدمجة فيه (على أندرويد: خدمة Google). هذه المعالجة قد تتم على الشبكة وتخضع لسياسة خصوصية مزوّد النظام.
2. يُرسل النص الناتج — لا التسجيل الصوتي — إلى خادمنا مع قائمة أسماء تصنيفاتك وتاريخ اليوم، ليُقرأ إلى مبلغ وتصنيف وتاريخ.
3. يمرّر خادمنا هذا النص إلى مزوّد ذكاء اصطناعي (OpenAI) للقراءة فقط.
4. لا نخزّن النص على خادمنا. ما يُحفظ هو عدّاد يومي لعدد المحاولات، لمنع الاستخدام المفرط، دون محتواها.

إن لم تستخدم زر الميكروفون، لا يحدث أي من ذلك. ولا يُسجَّل الصوت في الخلفية ولا في أي وقت آخر.

عند مشاركتك محفظة، يطّلع الطرف الآخر على عمليات تلك المحفظة وأرصدتها. المشاركة بقرارك، وتقتصر على المحفظة التي اخترتها وحدها. المحافظ الأخرى تبقى خاصة بك.

وعند طلبك فتح بياناتك على الكمبيوتر، نرسل رابطاً إلى بريدك المسجّل. الرابط نفسه هو المفتاح، فلا تشاركه مع أحد، وهو صالح لمدة محدودة.

تعرض النسخة المجانية إعلانات عبر Google AdMob. مثل أي شبكة إعلانية، تستقبل AdMob معرّفات تخص جهازك (منها معرّف الإعلانات) لاختيار الإعلان وقياس أدائه، وتخضع لسياسة خصوصية Google.

لا تصل عملياتك ولا أرقامك ولا أي بيانات مالية إلى AdMob ولا إلى أي معلن. يمكنك إعادة ضبط معرّف الإعلانات أو تعطيل الإعلانات المخصصة من إعدادات جهازك، والاشتراك في النسخة المميزة يزيل الإعلانات بالكامل.

• Firebase Analytics — أحداث استخدام مجمّعة مثل «أُنشئت عملية»، بلا محتوى العملية ولا مبلغها. الغرض معرفة أي الميزات تُستخدم فعلاً.
• Firebase Crashlytics — عند تعطّل التطبيق يُرسل تقرير فني: نوع الخطأ، وموضعه في الكود، وطراز الجهاز وإصدار النظام. لا يتضمن التقرير بياناتك المالية.

الاشتراكات تُدار بالكامل عبر Google Play. لا نستقبل رقم بطاقتك ولا نطّلع عليه ولا نخزّنه. ما نعرفه هو ما إذا كان اشتراكك سارياً.

ويعتمد التطبيق على: Google Play (المدفوعات)، Google وFacebook (تسجيل الدخول)، Google AdMob (الإعلانات)، Firebase Analytics وCrashlytics (القياس والأعطال)، خدمة التعرّف على الكلام في نظام جهازك، وOpenAI (قراءة نص التسجيل الصوتي). لكلٍّ سياسة خصوصية خاصة به.

التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون ١٣ عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إن علمنا بذلك حذفنا البيانات.

• البيانات على جهازك تبقى حتى تحذفها أو تحذف التطبيق.
• النسخة الاحتياطية تبقى على خادمنا حتى تحذفها أو تحذف حسابك.
• من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← «حذف الحساب والبيانات» يمسح حسابك ونسخك الاحتياطية من خوادمنا نهائياً.
• يمكنك أيضاً مراسلتنا لطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو حذفها، وسنستجيب خلال مدة معقولة.

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند إضافة ميزة تتعامل مع البيانات بشكل مختلف. تاريخ آخر تحديث مذكور أعلى الصفحة، والتغييرات الجوهرية سنشعر بها داخل التطبيق.
